DAB Developers Group is the pioneer of corporate social responsibility in Nogales. Our Director, Mr. Antonio Dabdoub Escobar, is the founder and former board chair of the “Fundación del Empresariado Sonorense, A.C.”, a nonprofit association integrated by entrepreneurs of the State of Sonora, which is the main promoter of CSR programs in the region.
We encourage responsible competitiveness as part of our culture in order to reach our goals towards the sustainability of our business, as well as contributing to the welfare of our surrounding communities.

We were recently honored with the ESR distinctive, which stands for Social Responsible Company, granted by the Mexican Institute for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), due to our actions towards building a better community.
On the month of May, we recognize the hard work of our construction workers by organizing a feast in their honor. During this celebration, we raffle televisions, electronic devices, among other gifts. Our employees volunteer to serve food and help with the event.
We grant some of our employees and their direct relatives with scholarships in different stages of their education.
We pursue the improvement of the quality of life of selective communities by laying concrete floor inside their homes. Our employees volunteer to build formworks, make concrete mix, and help in the process for the families to have solid flooring.
We plant trees and maintain them in several areas within our industrial parks.
We lend some our empty lots to several children’s baseball and soccer teams to perform their practice and tournaments at no cost.
We lend to the foundation their office space and maintain the facilities at no cost.
